 This is not converted to BW. Hand-held camera in Macro mode, hand-held fork, against the reflection of a black BG. Spot-metered for highlights. The little scratches are ordinary wear and tear on a silver fork.

I like the subtle detail of this shot. The lighting and background are so simple but the subject is so intricate.
