 This photo was taken on my living room floor pointing the camera straight up at the ceiling fan and light. The fan was on high and the light was a 60 watt equivalent flourescent.

Thanks everyone for the comments. This was my first challenge. While I obviously didn't understand the challenge at least some people liked the image. 80 of the 228 votes were for 5 or higher and one person gave me an 8 and 5 gave a 7. The 18 1's killed me however. On to the next challenge!

This doesn't really meet the objective of the shoot, as the shot should be tilted and not straight on. The range of colors is intersting though.

I'm not sure how this image is tilted, but it is very vibrant and there is a lot of good movement.

I'm really trying to see use of the "tilt" license here - looks more like "off-center", and it's a little oversaturated I think. Maybe seeing something through the tube would have helped?

This picture has a nice range of purple values but I do not see how this picture fits the challenge.

Brilliant job making an optical illusion out of an ordinary object, but being tilted doesn't really apply here. This is pitch, not yaw.
