same old same old I suck at pp. Just the normal of adjusting the color and resizing and saving for the web.

I like how you were able to squeeze in some colour into this challenge. Since I am viewing this after the marshmellow peeps challenge, I wonder if that was the fate of these little guys...

This made me smile - and I thought it might have been someone else's who does very fun things with peeps. As for the flat light - I think it may be more of a need to whiten the white of your background. One way to do that is with a levels adjustment; another may be with the white balance in RAW if you're shooting in RAW. You did a good job of avoiding reflections and hot spots on the silverware itself (hard to do!) and I really do like the color added by the peeps.

Couldn't wait to see if there is a peeps challenge coming up, could you? I love peeps. If they would quit making them in different shapes for every holiday, I would have a chance to overcome my addiction.

Decent idea, though in the execution, I find the lighting to be a bit bland, and the comp jsut does not work for me. A close up of a single peep impaled on the fork may have had more impact. Got any outtakes to show after the challenge?

I think the peepes actually take away from the silverware because they are so bright and the lighting is so flat. Also, it might have been a little more interesting if the peeps were in the corners instead of on the edges, but that my opinion.

This composition is too static for me. I just can't tell where to look.

something doesn't quite work for me ... not quite sure exactly what, I think it's the background that is putting me off, it's a bit too off white (maybe manual white balance would have helped)

The lighting seems very flat

PEEPS :-))) Sorry; got a little overexcited there. They do make a colorful addition to the silverware.

I would like to see lighting that was less flat. The placement is not quite centered.
