I would reframe the photograph to exclude the house at right.

Although you hit the shoot right, I don't think you put much thought into it. it looks like you jsut decided to take a picture of a door and your hand was shaking. Not very original.

This shot isnt very intersted, or tilted. The shadows and the peeling paint are interesting though.

I like the old look of the photo. I just dont think that you really understood what the challenge was.

My wife likes photos of dilapalated(sp?)buildings, but I don't and many voters at DPC also do not and so they do not score high. Also the colors are dull and need some "pop"
