Pre-challenge notes:
This idea was so easy and obvious, that I will truly be surprised if I am the only one submitting this concept. I think it's ok for a quick entry, but we'll see how it does. My ballpark guess is a low to mid 5.

I had some ideas for "Communication Breakdown" that involved either a busted ethernet cable or fax machine, but not enough time to do it.

Post-challenge notes:
Lost a couple of tenths at rollover this time. Placed a little lower than I hoped, but frankly it was a quick entry and uninspired, so the score is not surprising. I'll learn not to do last minute entries. My creative and well thought out stuff has a hard enough time!

I'd really love feedback from the folks who gave it 8's and 10's and find out what qualities they gave me that score for.

I did not vote in this challenge and I am not familiar with a lot of Led Zepplin stuff. But I did want to say that I bet it would have scored higher if you had a shoehorn tucked in there somewhere :D hehe

I did not rate this one highly, and that was because, in this challenge, my vote was heavily influenced by whether it met the meaning of the song, or at least evoked the spirit or feel of Led Zeppelin either by borrowing elements from their album art or using edgy or dark post-processing. I think I was probably in the minority in that approach, among both the shooters and the voters.

I can't really speak to your 8s or 10s. Maybe they were being deliberately contrary. Or maybe they didn't care so much about the music and just really liked your picture. ;>P

I'm not sure on the whys of the 8s and 10s. There's always the chance someone votes highly for creative challenge tie-in?

Not evocative of the song or the band.

A good literal interpretation of the challenge and nice to see a buffalo nickel.

A bit high in contrast and slightly red. I'd throw more pennies into the mix.

I like the concept. The lighting on the coins is not the greatest. The silver coins are not shiny enough and the penny is too shiny. Tough thing to get right.

My eye is immediately drawn to the penny because of the reflections and then when I look over at the other coins they look a little flat.
