| I like the almost translucent quality of the white in this. The touch of green here and there makes this even more interesting. Good job on the lighting to pick up the sparkly little cells in the onion. |

| I am going to try to take some macros of Vegetables and fruit for this side challenge. One can almost taste and feel the juices of this onion close up..... Well done, and I also like the diagional lines across the image..... |

| Nice shot! Love the diagonal lines and how the middle seems almost transparent. I wonder if you could backlight this if you had a thin enough sliver. I'm not a fan of the smell or taste of a raw onion, but just goes to show that it does have some redeeming qualities! |

| Great detail of the onion. The layers are well defined and the greenish part really draws the eyes into the photo and the diagonal lines cause the eyes to travel around the onion. |
