I really like how this picture turned out. I am hoping for an above 6 score.

It is rare that Cartesia will cooperate for pictures. One particular evening she decided to pretend sleep on the couch with her blankie. I quickly snapped a few pictures before she got a burst of energy.

I like the softness of the photo and the feeling and mood that it creates through out. I do wish it was just a little bit sharper however as my eye does have a slight issue finding a place to start to peruse the image.

I like the effect of the lighting to give the very dream like state, excellent control and very nice through out the frame. When I first looked at it, i thought that she really was sleeping as children normally have a wrinkled face when pretending, but is a very nicely composed with the positioning and angle that you took the photo from.

The processing and and crop of this shot are beautiful. I feel you should have scored higher than the score recieved for this shot.

I really like the soft dreamy feel to the shot. I think it deserved more than the 5.6 you received. I'd probably side with the commenters who took the time to a) look at the shot b)provide feedback

...especially when they gave it a 6.8.

Well done!

I like this image - great shot of your daughter and a wonderful portrait. Definitely deserved a higher finish.

Sweet, the extreme softness really works well. Beautiful darks and lights, it has the air of an old master.

The soft focus (or neat image?) processing fits the dreamy feel of the shot but it's lacking something that makes it stand out.

This is exquisite! What could simply have been a very nice photograph was made into a stunning portrait by the softness and structured lighting (intentional or UNintentional). The cropping is perfect! The angle is right on the money. The dark background makes everything come together with a definite touch of class. Although Rembrandt comes to mind, I am not sure exactly which artist is known for the overall effect you have created here, but it doesn't matter. This is utter perfection!

I hope that if this is your daughter that you intend to blow this up to as large as you can, frame it in a very expensive heavy wooden frame and place it in a postion of prominence in your home. You have achehieved greatness!! (10) (I would give it 2-10s if that were possible!!!

What an excellent job!!!

The softness is perfect and the sweet look on her face is one of pure innocence. I love it. 10
