Raw. Open in CS3 auto wb, recovery, add clarity. clone out spots and car, curves, selective color, burn trees and grass, USM, resize, USM, reduce noise, save for web.

I am not sure if the hill in the foreground works for me. I'd like to see this shot from the other side of it. Nice sky and good contrast in the monument itself.
