 Can't imagine I'll be the only one going this song but figured I'd give it a go as it was chance to practice some lighting too.

A lot of pp to get this really bright for the effect I wanted, too much perhaps? Background could stand being a little smoother but I think that is down to sorting out lighting more cleanly so I can use the DOF better.

Clean, simple and unfussy but at least I managed to get to what I had in my head which is satisfying enough however many 3's come my way.

Edit: An unexpected new personal best score, although it was close as it managed to fall 0.2 in the last day :) Some great stuff in this challenge, and surprised to get this high in the places.

I think the lighting could have used a little diffusion, but very well composed.

Nice lighting on the hand, the color of the lemon looks very muted compared to the background. The background is so bright it makes it look like the hand was just pasted onto it.

interesting. i actually like how bright and obnoxious the background is. it gives the picture an edge to it that i really like. the crop is nice too-7

One of my top three in the Challenge. Of all the depictions of 'The Lemon Song' this one stands out a mile. Wonderful vibrant yellow that gives the subject bags of punch. Tremendous sharpness (no pun intended) and great use of negative space - 9 for now may be back to bump up
