The Albert Embankment? Judging from the streetlights and the edge of what looks like Millbank Tower. I like the drama of the high contrast.

the real title is "Left Behind" but I know you didn't want to evoke the books of that title. I love the hungry shadows, reaching out for... for... a discarded cigarette? a branch? a moment on the bench with a stranger?
