 This is a cabin on the Des Plaines River located in Ryerson Woods, about an hour north of Chicago. It was shot at about 2:30 in the afternoon, after a wet snow storm left a nice layer of white on the trees. I waited for a few clouds to pass into the background to obscure the blue sky. No significant post-processing was performed - I just resized the image to meet submission guidelines.
