We were stopped at a road block and this guy came out, dressed in jeans and a pink shirt, with a big gun. He was not entirely sober. Guns are bad enough on soldiers, but on guys with no uniform – oooo, scary stuff indeed. This was already bad, but then he saw the map on my lap, and asked to see it. How could we refuse? He was very helpful; showing us the way (it was obvious anyway), pointing it out with the barrel of his gun, hovering over my thighs and poor defenceless knees. Very nerve-wracking.

Yikes! Do be careful.
It is an interesting photo - makes me think of LOMO processing.
