My only huge critique on this is that you can't see the man's face because it takes a second to understand that he is coming, not going. I really like the lighting though, I just wish it was at another time of day. The black and white is super effective

Looks very like York to me, near the train station! A good tonal range, although the contrast between the dark tones of the stonework with the whited out sky is a bit much for my taste (if I am right and it is York, I reckon it was taken on the same day as mine...). The composition uses leading lines as a compositional device rather than including them without a clear purpose and thus the photo fits the challenge well; I particular like the way the businessman's shadow acts as a leading line to its owner!

too bad the business man isnt a little more in focus. the textures on the wall and the walk make this a very nice composition
