I'm sure there is a name for the type of coloring of the kid's face but I just can't recall what it's called. Whatever it is doesn't work for me in this photo. The lines are too harsh.

Very nice image, The boy on the right, his head looks like it was cut & pasted type of thing just doesn't look right.

Nice, but a bit too obvious tonemapping.

This would have been great with a little more action, it looks a little too posed to me.

Just my opinion, but you've gone too far with HDR here. I think a more subtle edit would be more effective.

Oooh me likes it! I like the HDR treatment you gave this, makes it stand out from the pack, might be a little overdone for some I think... but suits me fine. I think it's a nice capture title works very well witht the whole idea

It is very interesting. I know the style used in Photoshop, but for this photo, it makes it look flat and almost cardboard like. Perhaps it was the lighting with the flash. not sure exactly.

Odd processing. The faces (especially the one on the right) look like they are cutouts pasted on a photo.

My 3 year old son does this exact thing to my 6 year old son all the time. Except there is no misunderstanding, he just is plain mad at him.

I like the image and the editing overall. I don't know that I love the sharpening and the tones of the facial features. It is a cool effect, but I think just toning it down a little, or maybe even de-sating it just a bit would have worked well.

Nice image, I totally love the editing, man, the one on the right looks like a tough little guy, I can see the mean in his eyes, good work, 9.

The background is a little too busy for me. Maybe try the same shot inside or with a wall or fence background.

Good composition, and I like the fairly simple color scheme. I just cannot stand this effect on skin. Just me, I guess.

Great work to get those kids producing those expressions. Pin sharp and great colours - I like it overall.

How is this misunderstanding? Street lights are distracting
