 It was going to be the only day to get out this weekend as we are supposed to start getting some heavy rainfall this evening through tomorrow. We decided to venture up to St. Joseph, Michigan where there was a festival of some sort going on. There were many, many, many ice sculptures at the festival.

It was rather hard to get the ice sculpture to stand out enough to be recognizable.

You managed to get a good shot in, considering how crowded it was on the streets. Nice job getting the exposure on the ice and processing the background to make the sculptures stand out.

Far out - I'm fascinated by ice sculptures and I'm sure they are hard to photograph. Great job, Amanda - good contrast so they stand out well.
