I love how you broke the image down so cleanly. It all flows nicely.

I like the shot, except the snow at the bottom ends up looking like a giant white border. How's it look with that cropped out?

And Juliboc's reaction, thinking it didn't load, is hilarious! I can absolutely see why she thought that. :)

I didn't make it through the whole challenge but this was by far my favorite of the half I voted. Great shot.

It is so funny -- not the image, but my reaction to the image. The snow is such a pure white without any detail at all, that I thought the image didn't finish loading. I pressed the reload button on my browser a couple of times before it dawned on me that it is winter in Michigan. It is a beautiful shot, Terry. I love the soft pastel gradient of the sky.

This is a great shot Terry. You got screwed. I think this better signifies leading lindes than 1st place. Excellent shot.

Looks cold out there. Could probably benefit from cropping in a little more ground and adding a touch more contrast to it.

Lovely - the "blush" is the perfect touch - great lines.

Sometimes the simplest images are the most effective. This is the case here ... well done

Simple, yet ever so effective. I do hope this does well. Good luck.

Nice color in the background but overall I find the image uninteresting

I thought for a minute that the image didn't fully load because the bottom part looks too white and straight and somehow unnatural. I like how the lines are curvy and sweeping, but they lead me out of the image rather than in.

I really like the contrast in this shot. The little bit of color glow along the horizon adds a nice touch.

Nicely done! I like how "un" ordinary and appealing you have made an ordinary subject look at the perfect time of day.

I like the strong contrast and overall composition of your pic. I do however think it does not meet the challenge for the reason outlined below.

I am not sure whether there is an unambigious definition of leading lines, but in my book, they should be a line or several lines that lead the viewer's eye towards the main subject of the picture. I think that's not the case in this picture. Your pic uses a vanishing point rather than leading lines.

Nice work. The simple landscape works well with the lines.

not sure whats going on at the bottom of this picture, its distracting from the subject. you should have just cropped the image there.

Very nice highkey exposure. I like the combination of the horizon line and swoopy lines of the electric cables.
