| Find it hard to believe this was shot with a 600mm lens. Since you seem to have disappeared after submitting it I guess we'll never know. |

This is one hell of a shot/model/posture/composition/manner. The impromptu litter and cabling in the foreground adds some surreality to the glamour. The Chaucerian spelling of 'soule' doesn't do any harm either.The classic manner, however, appears somewhat impaired by over-sharpening, at least to my trained eye. :-)

This is absolutely stunning. I didn't vote on the Peace challenge and didn't even see most of it. Hadn't you gotten the Posthumous blue, I would have missed it altogether.
Well seen and most superbly processed.
Edit to add: I was just reading some of the comments about cutting out the cord.
Don't cut out the cord! It makes the shot - I am baffled by the ignorance of people suggesting you should change the composition of this photo - don't listen to them.

phenomenal. I didn't have time to vote the whole challenge but I looked at all the thumbnails and this is the clear winner. Posthumous Blue Ribbon.

| I like the effect and the statue does look very peaceful, but the cord is distracting and too much foreground perhaps a wider and shorter crop if it was possible :) |

| truely amazing, i can see the blue in your futre. I love that she is in a corridor, the colour is outstanding, the dress is beyond gorgeous and the model has the classic features of elegance. A most outstanding job 10+++++ |

| Really an interesting image here. I like the old fashioned look to it. I'm not sure of what the item is lying on the floor or the meaning of the way you spelled "soul" in the title. Hoping you will explain the image in your notes for after the challenge. |

| I'm trying hard but I'm really not getting this. I thought the eyes were the window to the soul--but I can't see her eyes. What is the black hose or wire doing there? Did it drag away the groom? I'm sorry, but this really doesn't seem peaceful to me. |

It doesn't really say 'peace' to me, so I would have scored this higher in a Free Study. Love this photo though. |
