This is the line "He's just hanging around" from "Hanging Around" by The Stranglers.
I was left alone with a steel gantry, a safety harness, a camera, a flash, a timer remote, a tripod and small pair of steps. The steps are just out of shot and I was only just able to hook them with my toe and drag them towards me, so that I could unclip myself.
So, if you had accidentally kicked the stepped ladder out of your reach, does that mean you'd still be hanging around there, unable to unhook yourself?

Colors are way cool in this! As for the overall image - I was looking for an explanation in your notes as to WTF is going on here. I can't even make one up for it. Maybe this is you at work - just hanging around? Is it some secret super-hero training facility? An interrogation facility at GTMO? I really wanna know... Don't leave me hangin! :P
