 Took the blue out that had 'bled' around the iris'. I hadn't noticed this but now I've fixed it the image is much better!

I would say the blue looks a bit over-saturated, and the blue has actually gone a little bit into the whites of her eyes. The arm coming across the frame is also a bit distracting, but for a high key look the rest of the photo looks great.
