Interesting angle and interesting lines created by the panning. Good job on keeping the face sharp

The blurry background creating lines does this photo good.

A tricky subject to pan with but I like it.

I am not sure how you did this? I am guessing that you spun the camera, and if that is the case, cudo's to you. Looks like an effect however.

The bright colors adds to the overall playfulness and the tilt brings it all together. Nicely done.

Since the subject is wearing pink and nothing around her has red tones, it really brings more emphasis to her. The angle also makes this a strong photograph.

I don't like the way this was cropped, it is too slanted and doesn't add anything to the photograph. I do like how you were able to focus on one thing, even if it was centered. It looks like a regular snapshot to me, but the kid is adorable...

Nice capture and nice job keeping her face in focus. This is the most 'drawing like' effect I've seen in these panning entries.
