 I cheated and took this photo today since yesterday it would have been an empty pan.

This is soup, believe it or not. I made it from scratch and it has in it: Fresh organic basil, dill, dandylion greens, chard, lettuce, beet greens, kale, ginger, onion and mixed organic rice of white brown and wild rice. Also some dried spices of oregano, cumin, cayenne and sea salt. The oil used is coconut oil.

ooh depsite the *somewhat* unappealing appearance of this soup, I bet this is deliciious!! Would be great with some good crusty brread & butter!!

I always like food shots. This soup looks delicious. How nice it must be taking a photo of this and smelling it!
