I like the dress as a silver dress better than the blue. Much more elegant. :) I agree with most things already said, so I won't repeat, but nobody has commented on her eyes. She looks crosseyed, and a bit woozy with half-closed lids. As she's looking down, it's really hard to get the eyes open unless you specifically tell her to open them. Alternatively, tilting the head forward more can help to open the eyes. One of my friends closes his eyes a lot in photos, and I worked out it's because he lifts his chin for photos, and that results in closed eyes. With his chin down and in, his eyes are much better.

I feel a bit of disconnect with the subject. And, though that may be intended, I don't feel that the rest of the set-up supports a wispy, sultry mood. I think if perhaps the background were set back a bit further and were less in focus that the crisp lines of the gown would contrast nicely with the softer feel. The lighting, too, could be tamed a bit to bring out the mood of your subject. For a more classic feel I think a different choice of seating might serve better. This bead board box has such a cabin/rustic feel to it that it seems incongruous with your elegant woman. I could be really picky and ding you on the light spot in the lower left hand corner...but I'm sure you noticed that. :)
Hope this was the type of feed back you were hoping for when you posted it. I'll look forward to seeing more of this type of work from you.

This is gorgeous! Looks like a portrait of a 1940's movie star, just fantastic. I have to agree with the others that I would like to see a bit more color in parts of the skin, but it is still lovely as is :-)

I like it but I think the cheeck and neck are a bit too washed out. I would have prefered some more color of some sort there.

The pose is good and the color on the dress is great

I think this is an incredibly elegant photo. The only tiny criticism I can offer is that except for her face and hands, the skin might be a bit too bright or blown. The texture is my favorite kind, very subtle, enhancing the image instead of taking over. Great muted tones, too. I'd give this a good solid 9 if it were in voting for something :-)
