 Outtake for Birds II.

Seems that Florida Cardinals are skinny compared to their northern cousins. I love the plump little northern cardinals!

I really like the composition of this shot, the way the bird is looking back into the image area. Well positioned in the framing, and the bg bokeh adds a nice touch. I know it's easy to armchair quarterback this, but if there had been just a small amount of fill light (flash set to -1 to -1.7) this shot would really stand out.

Just a couple of observations. :-)
