Great Job Jeff, I have always wanted to do one of these. You pulled it off nicely here. The differences in lighting really makes one study this for quite some time.
Funny too as my girl is in a local production of "As bee's in honey drown" and in the play they make reference to Warhol, the line is "I asked Andy what he thought of my work and he said wow!"
I like the progression! From really high key to really low key... interesting take. Nicely put together... it's cool how you chose one feature for each shot to show off. I could see this as a print as well... big one!! :)
Interesting and vaguely Warhol. What I've done before is played around with merging two (or more) layers, with the original photo underneath the threshold layer - then play with opacity and/or blending modes to bring out detail in interesting places (eyes and mouth in particular). Can get some really interesting effects.
Love the composition. I could see this printed and hung on the wall. The only thing I'd say is to move the ones on the left to the right to kind of close the picture down, instead of having so much white and open on the left hand side.
