 This is the line"...and a kick in the balls" from "That's Entertainment" by The Jam. It's also a bit of a tribute to the great Eddie Hitler of "Bottom" fame.

This saved him £70 as he usually goes to London to have this done professionally by some old woman in a maid outfit... I've heard!
