 My very first attempt at astrophotography. This shot was taken with a P&S film camera, hand held, from my front porch on April 23, 1998. This close pairing of Venus, Jupiter, and the crescent moon was the best pairing of the year. This was taken at approximately 5:30 am.

Raw but it has feeling and I'm sure the memory you have fills in the details. We've come a long way in ten years.
