I agree with dwterry, but also would like to add, move yourself over to the right or left a bit. Ya know the 'rule of 1/3s' thing. For something like this I really find the addition of a longer white-space on one side really adds to the image overall. I am thinking moving you to the left as we look at it would work well. |

For one thing, I like that you still have texture in your skin. To many people PS-the-heck out of skin and turn it plastic. I do, however, think you could lighten the skin up a bit (perhaps the overall picture could use a bump in Curves to bring the lighting up). I'd also get rid of the redness that is in your eye.
Actually, thinking along different lines... try this one in B&W and see what you get.
