Both the location and perspective of this are very good choices - makes it real and intriguing. Lighting is pretty good, though there's the weeist bit of a hot spot on his nose that perhaps just a touch of burning would tone down, and I'd like to see just a bit more light in his eyes - try dodging them just a bit. The only unfortunate compositional issue is the metal thing on the ground next to his head. With a little careful work, you could clone this out if you wanted to. All in all, this is very good work. |

YOu know, I have looked at this one now for a while. I really like it and I am not sure why. It may be to do with the over all scence, his skin seems soft to the touch. The eyes look kind. I really like the sidewalk and the darkness adn the little bright in the middle, that reeks of a special touch. I liek the overall softness of it, any harsher and it would just be any old picture. I would say the only thing is his shirt. It makes my eyes wizzy when I look at it too long, a zigzag pattern. But honestly I dont know what to say, as I like it, but I can not tell you it is one thing. |

Very good tones! A bit soft overall, but I love the lighting and colour cast. |
