 I am not sure how I feel about her expression or the shallow depth of field. I think I would have liked to have the shattered glass in the background more in focus.

The glass on the floor is composed of 3 broken light bulbs scattered on the floor This was taken in the rehearsal hall of my school. It was lit only with an umbrella strobe.

Post processing was rotating and cropping, black and white conversion.

I agree with you on the expressions.. seems forced... other than that great shot! Cloning out some of the skin blemishes would make this perfect.

this really reminds me on JL's broken bulb shots, although he did'nt use nekkid girls. ;)
but hoenstly, it's good work, the lighting is great. the only thing that seems odd to me is the crop. i would rather see the background leveled and the girl "tilted" (to the right). i'm also missing the left arm and breast of that girl, which seems strange.
