| I love your backyard - and the detailed explanation, too. There's my column on the right. I'll be interested to see a shot of this space in the summer when things are in gear - growth-wise. Great PP and POV on this shot. |

You'll have to post a shot of this in the summertime.
My mother has a clothes line just like that. I'd have one, too, except I'm in a condo with no space and rules against it. |

That is a lovely little garden and hideaway from the days worries. I like the very "green" clothes line, and the sky fits nicely with the stepping stone walkway lines.
ETA Funny how you spend years getting the garden to look just exactly right, and all everyone notices is the clothes line LOL. My Mom, 93 has one just like it in her yard, and still uses it.

Haven't seen a clothesline like that in ages! We used to play with one as kids by grabbing the clothes and running around so the whole thing would spin. We were probably helping dry the clothes but we didn't mean to be helpful.
I love all the not-grass; it's a brilliant idea. |

| That is so very interesting to me- I love other people's gardens and do a bit myself- just wish for a longer season ! I love how the walkway leads us into the pergola. The clothesline is funny ! |
