Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. I'm glad that some of you thought about this the same way I did. I myself could NOT wait until lunch to get notes from my mom and dad. I hope some of you noticed the little "huggies" drink. They still make them today and I get them for my kids but I remember when I got them in my lunch.

This is another photo that really hits home for me. My dad also used to pack my lunches and everyday he put in a funny note, usually something like "Roses are red, violets are blue.....something funny that rhymed" I couldn't wait for lunchtime so that I could read my note from my dad. I hadn't thought about that in a long time, so thanks for bringing back a great memory. =)
YEEEEE HAAA! I had that lunchbox! LOL. Then I got the Temple of Doom and Return of the Jedi lunchboxes. You hit home with me on this one, even with the little drinks we used to get, to funny. 10 for making me smile and remember the good ole days!
