The clipped wing doesn't bother me too much; it almost makes the bird look like he's a little closer. The second one in the background doesn't intersect with the first at all, and is framed nicely by the subject's wing. Unfortunately, the bird and the water are both washed shades of gray. With advanced editing, you could give the water a slight blue tint, making both birds jump out a bit.

Cool hydroplane! And that seagull framed under the wing, looking unimpressed - like, "showoff". :)

Nice capture. It looks like water skiing. I like the little laughing gull in the background. Too bad the wing tip is cut off.

Nice framing of the seagull under the wing. Too bad the wing tip is cropped. Good timing. It looks like it's water skiing.

Good action shot, I like that one gull in the background under the wing. A shame you cut the left wing off.

Gotta get that wing in the shot- as picky as it sounds, it really does make a huge difference compoistion wise. Nice timing though.

Why crop out the left wing of a good take.

Good composition on this two point landing. cantrast and colors look right, a little hot on the top side burning out detail in the feathers and a little soft. A fill flash would have added a catchlight in the eyes and really helped this shot. Otherwise very nice.
