Little itty-bitty bird on my picnic table, with a thistle seed in his mouth. These guys are seasonal visitors who showed up recently and will stick around till it gets too warm for them, when they will very sensibly go elsewhere.
arent these little guys the best? I saw you commented on one of Brad's pics that this was the bird he'd captured..wow! they sure do get around! I love watching birds and yes, capturing them too, espec in the dead of winter, they keep it ineteresting; so worth the price of sunflower seeds and trudging through the snow to fill the feeders!! :)
