The sun was setting on the western horizon. In winter, the days are short and the sun is low in the sky. I took this with a small aperature that caused the sunlight to appear as a star. Notice how the blue sky is reflected onto the snow shadows. The image was used as a Christmas card. I have priced my Christmas images at a lower price because they are a seasonal photo. Copyrighted
