 Photographer’s Notes
This was taken from Harborview Park in Seattle looking northwest toward the city. It’s a different perspective on the city than most postcard shots. Although advanced editing is allowed in this challenge, it is essentially edited using Basic Editing Rules, with the exception of cloning out a small lens spot in the sky.
It feels like HDR but isn’t, just the results from RAW conversion. I’m not entirely sure why but will reflect on it. HDR still feels unnatural to me, so this view of the city feels a little fantasy-like. I wanted a title that might hint at fantasy. I tried and rejected quite a number of them … still not sure I have it right.

I can see the reason for the title. Your treatment of this makes it look almost like an artists conception drawing. I like it.

Beautiful colours, and great blue sky. Its the middle of winter where I am, and we just got hit by a bunch of snow... so needless to say, I am a little jealous.
