This is an Emu, native to Australia, runs fast and can even swim well. Due to a lack of real wings they can't fly. Shot in RAW, slight crop, Noise Ninja, Auto Levels, Increased saturation on all Colours except Cyan. Resize and USM

Nice details. The background appears to have been blurred in the computer, and the pattern is mildly distracting from the subject. If it was not, I would sure like to know how you achieved that look.

He is so ugly he's cute. Nice focus. i would mabye consider portrait mode for tall subjects though for more impact.

He reminds me of a comedian but I can't remember the guy's name. I like the busy diagonally hatched background - goes really quite well with this funny looking guy.
