LOL, yea, either her or Jackie from That 70's show. In college a lot of my classmates called me Jackie, because they didn't know the actresses name. I wonder if they even knew my real name?

Nice action shot of this bird. All that bright ice and water in the back make it difficult to get much light on the birds without blowing out all the background. You might try bumping exposure up 1/2 stop or maybe a full stop to see how it works when you shoot more like this. There may also be a beach and snow setting in your camera's menus somewhere which would be good for this too.
