Sorry but this image doesn't get my emotions stirred. Perhaps the headlights are just too much like plates and for me the blur is overdone.

for an out of focus image, i think this is actually pretty well done. Its obvious that it is OOF intensionally, so I think this really works. Just not sure how it sits with other voters. 7 from me.
