Mom turned 93 this week, so we came to her house for a surprise birthday party and brought a lot of good food and sweets. I bought her a new garden hose, because the one she has been using for about 20 years is getting too stiff for her to easily move around with. She still prunes her plants and trees, and spends a lot of time weeding in the yard. Last year, she dug out all of her grass with a hoe because she didn't like the variety of grass, and had sod put in. She still has all of her teeth as well. She's amazing, and an inspiration to all of us. My sister is on her left, then my brothers widow, and 4 grand daughters.
