Setup and coppertone colors set this image apart from others.

A little more light on the camera side would help. Otherwise nice comp.

For some reason, the name Rube Goldberg come to mind when I see this photograph. Very nice interpretation of the theme. You may want to consider modifying the lighting to brighten the front of the machine and make it stand out more.

This one is great. I'd like to see no shadows on the left, but still a 9. My pick for a ribbon.

meets the challenge, seems to be a bit too soft in focus

Beautiful shot. You've managed to turn a cluttered workspace idea into a lovely work of art. This should be part of a woodworker's calendar or on the cover of a magazine. 8

Nie idean and I like the nagle, but your light source does not flatter your subject. Lighting is harsh on some of the pennies and on the metal parts on some of the tools. You seem to be quite the talented craftsman.

:) what a fun project. looks like a nice machine. the front of the machine seems very dark, whereas the background is very well lit. decent layout of tools. perhaps another vantage point would have been interesting.
