Great image for this challenge. I love the idea, the DOF, and the angle. Perhaps a little more contrast might make it even better, but pretty darn good as is!

A little bittersweet, a little "creepy" (why are the shoes left on the street, was the child abducted?). But it is a well done photo and in my top 10.

Good shallow focus on the shoes. A wider angle might have been worth considering to add more depth as the lines have remainded fairly parallel.
