Take after late season snow hit Mt. Evans. This baby goat was born just hours before my photo. Park ranger said this was the first newborn he had seen that season.

difficult to see the animal's front half because of lack of contrast against the snow behind it. even more difficult to see the baby following behind. sharpness is good, but an off center composition from a different angle might have helped a lot.

it should be against the rules to include such cute animals in the competition as it is sure to steal votes:) I think the shot is good an while i would like to seem a bit more of the little one, it works as is and does a good job at showing them i a natural setting.
