 Getting my new camera has finally inspired me to enter a challenge, and what better challenge to enter than this... my kids are always leaving their toys all over the house, so when they were all in bed for the night, I cracked out the new camera and took some snaps.

This one was taken without flash while I was trying to figure out how to extend the ISO to 3200 (I eventually read the manual...), but this was taken at ISO 1600, Av 5.0 and Tv 0"3 (no tripod).

No filters, no cropping, no editing other than to resize. That's it. Considered tweaking the colour temp, but thought there was a warmth to the image as is so left it as is.

nice idea and great use of shallow DOF. white balance seems a little off to me. might try to set the white point off the toy trucks ladder and see if that makes the colors pop a little more and brings out a little more contrast.

The whole image is falling to the right. This image would have benefited greatly from a flatter angle, that is, without the slopping floor.
