Trying to relearn to shoot in JPG to reduce any dependency I might have on RAW.

I'm sure EVERYBODY is really sick of this spot showing up in my entries, but its become a personal challenge to see if I can beat my own personal best from this one spot (and I cant get ANY other vantage point because its completely barred and locked and NO TRESSPASSING signs smothering the place and I have to shoot over a chain link fence. LOL)

Has a very soft, dreamy feeling to it.

Wow, lovely shadows and a gorgeous waterfall.... this makes me feel very nostalgic :) A tiny bit more light may have helped, but maybe it's just my screen.

Just a little tighter crop from the right and the bottom would make this better. IMHO of course :-)

This appears a bit dark on my monitor (and I'm sure it is just my monitor). This has such a comforting look to it. You've done a wonderful job on the water flow...and the details of the stone wall are excellent. I wish the lacy pines across the way showed a bit more. Nice place. Nice photogrqaph!

The long exposure looks nice on the falls, but I don't like how it washed them out at the bottom.

The soft focuse technique works very well on this scene. There are a few distracting elements, like the blown highlights in the upper right corner, but overall a pleasing image.

Nice composition, but a little to dark for my taste.

This shot is just incredible, I love the falls, mixed with the river in the back and adding just a touch of a building. Love the soft focus and compostion. It all works. Well done. Def a top 5!
