The waterfall and the "Gnome" tend to draw my attention in opposite directions.

Long exposure looks great on the actual fall, but not on the rest of the water, and it seems to be a little OOF.

I like the clearness of the water and the choice of exposure.

The eye roams here and never really settles on anything. The water flow grabs the eye, but then it's drawn back across to the person, then down to the rock, then....too much here. Golden rule of photography ( and I opften forget it too) is that "less is more".
