 Per a certain Miss Charlene's request - here are my processing steps.

This was taken on New Year's Day in Daytona - before the Big Cold. Here's the original - sort of:



I used a levels adjustment layer and created the high key effect. Sharpened. Then used Redfield Water Ripples (which is freeware, btw) and played with it until I got the ripples where I wanted them. The resulting turquoise was picked up by the ripples from the original sky. Put a frame around it and there you go.

Good processing. I would have thought that it was an actual reflection, and flipped to get the lettering right. Cool.
