This is Pookie, my 7 y.o. Minilop who served as a demo bunny at today's training session. I took a quick shot of him outside when we got home before I put him back in my bedroom, where he belongs.
We used to have a rabbit that looked as cute as this. One night, a fox attacked it. There was an awful lot of howling and banging going on. When it was all over, the rabbit was calmly nibbling on some grass and the fox had taken a real pasting. The rabbit got a lot more respect after that.
I hope that Pookie had a good day hanging out with you today and didn't get too stressed by being around all the animals at the shelter. That's a sweet photo of him.
Oh my, Mary, this is such a great shot of Pookie. Believe me, I know getting pics of bunnies is not easy. We had a beautiful lop (male) bunny named Lola. Lola passed away in October.
I love the POV you used, and the background is just about perfect for your shot.
FANTASTIC.
