Apart from the title (that suggests that fire is good for a firefighter) I like your interpretation of the theme and I like the way you show the time passing. Thank you for not using the cheap effect of selective desaturation. ;-)
Nutpicking mode on - there are rotation leftovers on the left and bottom which should have been cut. |

I like the picture and I like the choice of B&W. I'm trying to get past the idea that for this challenge I was expecting "fire". |

When it comes to "colorful" subjects like a fire engine, I would like to see the colors. I think it has more impact that way. |
