I thought this was a fantastic abstract and macro (and certainly you picked the right one to enter having looked at your outtakes)
Tremendous B&W conversion and great bokeh of the river. Beautiful array of textures as well
This looks as if it should be the front cover of a murder mystery book |

| Neat shapes formed by the ice. I'd love to see what stopping down on the aperture and extending the shutter would've done with the background. |
