Lesson learned --read the rules..
Not paste & cut... Rendered clouds to soften the sky ..

Wow! Heck of a close up! For me, if the edges were blurred a bit more it wouldn't look like a cut & paste.

nice details on the eagle but the I am not convinced by the background - it seems far too photoshopped
